OUR SHIPMENT CENTRES


All orders ship from our storeroom in Lagos, Nigeria. 


SHIPPING TO THE DOMESTIC AREA


For all domestic orders, local delivery companies are used and orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Please allow 2 business days for processing.


We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

All items are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria, where we are based

We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders placed outside of Lagos.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders typically arrive within: Europe and Canada: 4 - 8 business days. Rest of the World: 8 - 14 business days.


The customer is responsible for paying all customs and duty fees. Customs and duties vary depending on your country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including returns, rejections of packages upon arrival, and/or failure to pay duties.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All other items can be exchanged within 21 days of the original order date.

If your address is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages.

 Please note that some international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and VAT.

If the contents of your package were damaged during transit, we will work with you to resolve this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items, if possible. You should contact us immediately at info@shopbohong.com if your order has been damaged upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 5 calendar days of delivery.


MISSING ORDER


We strongly advise that you provide a safe delivery address, in case of any problems. Should you require an alteration to your shipping address before your package leaves our facility, email us at info@shopbohong.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, after the package has been sent we are unable to make changes to the destination address. If any items do go missing during transit, let us know straight away and we will claim with the mail carrier. Additionally, you'll need to file a claim with them too.
