Return Policy
Unless a manufacturing fault is present at the time of receipt, we do not issue refunds.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days via info@ShopBohong.com or DM on our Instagram @ShopBohong.
Natural variations in Pearls and Gemstones are not considered manufacturing defects.
EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
For all other items, excluding pierced earrings, we can offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your order date
Please note the terms of accepted changes are:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unworn.
- All Jewellery boxes and pouches must also be returned in original condition and unused.
- Tags must still be attached where applicable.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees are applicable to all international orders if delivery is not accepted due to customs fees/ duties/ taxes charges.
Some international orders may incur duties/ taxes/ vat charges. This is unique to the country of order and not the responsibility of ShopBohong
Should an order be returned to ShopBohong for this reason, please note that a restocking fee of $50 USD will be charged to assist with return freight & logistic fees.
OUR BAROQUE PEARLS
With the organic structure of our carefully selected Baroque Pearls, each heirloom piece is truly unique, exhibiting infinite variations of vivid colour and shape.
Hand-strung pearls are used to ensure their shine is protected as they are being delivered, so depending on the structure of your chosen style, small holes may appear in our gems.
Since this is a natural part of the production process, it is not a fault in the product.
